Do you offer free shipping?

We provide free shipping for orders over $200 within the US, and free international shipping for orders over $300.

 

How do you ship your products?

US orders are shipped via FedEx and arrive within 1-2 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options via UPS, for Next Day delivery.

International orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS, and DHL.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders.

Our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. Depending on your courier, your package may be placed in your mailbox, at your doorstep, or wherever mail is normally delivered to your address. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms successful delivery. Please email info@commesi.com if you require a signature for delivery.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout for both US and international orders.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Comme Si ships internationally to Canada, Europe, Asia, South America, Australia, and Oceania. If you live in a country that is not listed and want to see Comme Si available there, please let us know at info@commesi.com.

We are pleased to share that all international orders are shipped delivery duties paid (DDP). Customs, duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout for a seamless order delivery. 

For International Returns, please visit returns.commesi.com. You will be responsible to cover the cost of returning the package to Comme Si, along with any duties and/or import fees.

What is your return policy?

To start your return or exchange please visit returns.commesi.com.

You may return items that are in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (tag must still be attached) within 15 days of receiving your order.

For orders within the US, a $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return processing. For returns of bulk orders, the full value of return shipping will be charged at our discretion. Once item(s) are received and inspected, your refund, net of any restocking fee, will be credited back to your original form of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow for 5-7 business days to be reflected on your statement. 

If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, a refund will not be issued and the item/s can be shipped back to you at your expense.

For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any duties/import taxes.

What is your exchange policy?

We are happy to assist you with an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, and then up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.

What is your Gift With Purchase (GWP) policy?

Orders that include a GWP are not eligible for refunds to the original form of payment. They may be returned for store credit or exchange only.

GWP items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged on their own.

If you wish to return part of your order, the value of the items you send back will be issued as store credit, minus restocking fees. Exchanges are permitted as long as the updated order value still meets the original qualifying spend threshold.
